Sent my cat grooming here is my best decision. Informed them that my cat will be quite aggressive and will not be easy to handle (based on experience sending him to other grooming centres). With catzonia my cat seems calm. Will never send my cat to other grooming centre other than catzonia.
I had the best experience here! I booked my appointment through WhatsApp and the process was incredibly smooth. Miss Intan was very attentive and helpful with all my inquiries during the booking session. I made two appointments on the same day for my cats: Ramly and Adik. Ramly had the Teddy Bear Cut with a spa session (Aromatic Salt bath) while Adik had the Collagen Essence bath. Miss Intan and her team did an amazing job handling both of them. Ramly was quite aggressive during his previous grooming session at other grooming place but this time he was surprisingly calm. Everything about the experience was great. Miss Intan was very welcoming and greeted us enthusiastically. She explained additional details before starting the grooming which I really appreciated. After the sessions, they even sent short videos of my cats during their bath. I find it so cute as I got to see their behavior throughout the process. I'm definitely coming back in the future! Always a pleasant experience when I send my cats for grooming here. They are gentle and know exactly how to take care them. I have one that gets very anxious and fiesty with other groomers, but not at catzonia! She seems calm and less anxious when she's here. Would highly recommend!
Sent my furbaby here today for grooming. They did the whole body trimming, private part and paws trimming as well, dry grooming and tried their sea mud treatment. Really really love the result! My baby's fur is so smooth, very well groomed, smells good and looking so handsome after the session. Can't wait to try the other grooming packages in future. Tqsm for the great services
Sending my babies here was definitely the best cat boarding experience I've had so far. I've been a regular at the Damansara branch, and the service at the KL branch is just as excellent. My cat can be a bit skittish around strangers, but the groomer handled her with great care and expertise. They were calm, gentle, and seemed to have a lot of experience working with cats. I noticed my cat was less stressed than usual after the session, which is a big testament to how well she was treated.
