I recently took my 3 cats to this grooming place for the first time, and I couldn't be happier! The groomers are incredibly caring and patient, making the experience stress-free. The products they use smell amazing, and best of all, my cats had no discomfort afterward. Highly recommend this place to any pet owner looking for a reliable and gentle grooming service.

I really liked the service here. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Due to my cat skin condition, they suggested to do lion cut. Everything was smooth and I'm very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended

First time boarding my cats here for 2 nights & getting them deflea'd. So far, the service has been great with friendly staff & timely updates. We chose the comfy room, which is a decent size for 2 adult cats. Prices are pretty reasonable too & I'd definitely consider sending my cats here again!

Thank you, Catzonia, for taking such great care of my cats! I boarded 4 of my cats for 13 days, and the experience was excellent. I was nervous at first since I had never been away from them for so long, but the team sent me plenty of videos and followed all of my instructions very well, which really reassured me. They even cleaned my cats and trimmed their nails during their stay at no extra charge—such a thoughtful touch. I'm very grateful for the care they provided and will definitely book with Catzonia again. Highly recommended!

Sent my cat grooming here is my best decision. Informed them that my cat will be quite aggressive and will not be easy to handle (based on experience sending him to other grooming centres). With catzonia my cat seems calm. Will never send my cat to other grooming centre other than catzonia.

I had the best experience here! I booked my appointment through WhatsApp and the process was incredibly smooth. Miss Intan was very attentive and helpful with all my inquiries during the booking session. I made two appointments on the same day for my cats: Ramly and Adik. Ramly had the Teddy Bear Cut with a spa session (Aromatic Salt bath) while Adik had the Collagen Essence bath. Miss Intan and her team did an amazing job handling both of them. Ramly was quite aggressive during his previous grooming session at other grooming place but this time he was surprisingly calm. Everything about the experience was great. Miss Intan was very welcoming and greeted us enthusiastically. She explained additional details before starting the grooming which I really appreciated. After the sessions, they even sent short videos of my cats during their bath. I find it so cute as I got to see their behavior throughout the process. I'm definitely coming back in the future! Always a pleasant experience when I send my cats for grooming here. They are gentle and know exactly how to take care them. I have one that gets very anxious and fiesty with other groomers, but not at catzonia! She seems calm and less anxious when she's here. Would highly recommend!

Sent my furbaby here today for grooming. They did the whole body trimming, private part and paws trimming as well, dry grooming and tried their sea mud treatment. Really really love the result! My baby's fur is so smooth, very well groomed, smells good and looking so handsome after the session. Can't wait to try the other grooming packages in future. Tqsm for the great services

Sending my babies here was definitely the best cat boarding experience I've had so far. I've been a regular at the Damansara branch, and the service at the KL branch is just as excellent. My cat can be a bit skittish around strangers, but the groomer handled her with great care and expertise. They were calm, gentle, and seemed to have a lot of experience working with cats. I noticed my cat was less stressed than usual after the session, which is a big testament to how well she was treated.

I do Royal Splash for 2 of my fur babies, even if the price is quite high, I'm highly satisfied and the fleas has reduce + my cat smells like softenerrrr. I love it. Thank you kakak2 taking care of Boboy & Cinta.
